Weekly Themed Wellness Walks
With support from the Provost’s office, Penn Center for Public Health Initiatives (CPHI) and Penn Libraries is launching an exciting new program: Weekly Themed Wellness Walks. Walks will be led by staff, faculty, and students across campus, who will start each walk by briefly talking about a topic of their choice. This is a great opportunity to get outside, learn something, and meet your fellow Penn students, staff, and faculty.
How are Themed Wellness Walks structured?
Walk leaders (staff, faculty, or students) will begin by briefly talking about a topic of their choice (5-7 minutes), then lead participants on a walk at their own pace on 1-2 miles routes throughout campus and the University City area.

Please check our page regularly as we will be updating the schedule through out the semester. Signing up for walks is highly encouraged, but not required. Walks are welcome to everyone, so please bring your friends and colleagues! *Dates, times, and starting locations vary.
