Lydia Ogden is a proven public- and private-sector leader with three decades of experience in predicting and managing health system change and enabling successful health partnerships spanning the globe. After more than 20 years at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in a variety of senior leadership roles, including domestic and international HIV and health system transformation, Lydia led global vaccines policy and partnerships, health security, and enterprise-wide access strategy for pharma giant Merck. In May 2019, she formed All Access Health, a global consulting company supporting successful, sustainable public-private-philanthropic health partnerships.
